Benjamin G. Geetoe is a Senior Civil Engineer and Project Manager with 12+ years of experience in infrastructure development across West Africa. Specialized in bridge design, road pavement systems, and petroleum terminal engineering, with a proven track record delivering complex structural projects in Liberia, Sierra Leone, and South Africa. Expert in API 650 tank construction, reinforced concrete bridge systems, pavement design, and petroleum piping systems. Adept at applying international standards (AASHTO, ASTM, API 650) to ensure safety, resilience, and sustainability. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, technical consultancy, and multidisciplinary project execution.

Mercy ZB Zeanbo is a Liberian Geologist with over a decade of professional experience in mineral exploration, environmental research, and geological compliance monitoring. She currently serves as Director of Publicity at Women in Mining Liberia, where she champions gender inclusion and professional visibility for women in the extractive sector. Mercy has contributed her expertise to several national and international projects, including roles at the Ministry of Mines and Energy, Hummingbird Resources Liberia, and the Chinese Aided National Exploration Project, where she supported detailed geological, geotechnical, and structural mapping, as well as environmental compliance and monitoring. A graduate of the University of Liberia with a B.Sc. in Geology, Mercy is currently pursuing her MSc in Biodiversity and Climate Change at the University of Liberia. She has undertaken numerous advanced trainings with international geological institutions such as the Geological Survey of Sweden, PanAfGeo, British Geological Survey, and Yunnan Earthquake Agency, China, focusing on mine waste management, seismology, environmental management of mines, and geoscientific information systems. Driven by a passion for sustainable resource management and women’s empowerment in science, Mercy brings technical expertise, leadership, and a collaborative spirit to every project she undertakes helping to strengthen Liberia’s environmental resilience and geological governance.

Rebecca Kumba Fallah has more than nine years of experience in supervision, planning, policy development, and analysis of all geological/environmental-related activities. Her expertise ranges from mentoring, implementing, and managing grassroots to full-scale projects. She is flexible and versatile, able to maintain a good sense of humor under extreme pressure, poised, and competent. She demonstrated her ability to easily transcend cultural differences in various work environments while thriving in deadline-driven environments with excellent team-building skills.

Smith Jallah Saywaye is an Environmental Engineer and Geologist with over five years of experience in environmental consulting, project supervision, and geological research. He has built a strong track record in environmental impact assessments, and sustainable resource management, applying advanced data analytics, GIS, and remote sensing to support evidence-based decision-making.Smith has contributed his expertise internationally, including at the Geological Survey of Slovenia (GeoZS), where he conducted environmental desk research, processed monitoring data, and produced technical reports for environmental management. In Liberia, he has led multidisciplinary projects as Project Supervisor at CENREC-Liberia through YONER-Liberia. His roles have consistently emphasized stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and community capacity building. He holds a BSc in Geology from the University of Liberia and MSc in Environmental Engineering at the University of Debrecen, Hungary. In addition, he has earned a Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate and specialized training in Monitoring & Evaluation. Smith is an alumnus of the EIT Raw Materials Academy and an active member of environmental and geoscience networks. Passionate about sustainable development and applied geoscience, he continues to advance his expertise in data-driven environmental engineering and geospatial analysis.

Reuben S. Ban is an Environmental Engineer and Geologist with over seven (7) years of professional experience spanning environmental monitoring, geological assessment, and sustainable project implementation. He holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Debrecen, Hungary, under the prestigious Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship, and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Liberia. Currently serving as Team Lead at the Resilience Institute for Sustainability and Environment (RISE), he leads the design and implementation of environmental monitoring programs focused on air, water, soil, and noise quality, ensuring compliance with national and international standards. His previous experience includes technical roles with Rayan Laboratory Services, EMG Consulting Group, and Boimah Engineering Inc., where he contributed to environmental impact assessments, site investigations, and compliance monitoring across Liberia. A strong advocate for participatory environmental governance and evidence-based decision-making, he combines scientific precision with community engagement to drive practical and sustainable solutions. His professional interests center on climate resilience, pollution control, and circular economy strategies that enhance both human and ecosystem well-being.

Alexander Garmondyu Wrehyou is a Climate Change Engineer, Environmentalist, and Geologist with over a decade of professional experience in environment and climate change policy, biodiversity conservation, circular economy, and sustainable natural resource management. A vetted member of the United Nations Global Policy Network, he has led high impact projects in West Africa, Europe, and Asia, providing technical expertise in waste-to energy solutions, wastewater treatment, renewable energy, and environmental safeguards, including the Climate Equipment Needs Assessment for the Liberia’s Climate Information Project (CIS), and the Enhancing the Resilience for Vulnerable Coastal Communities in Sinoe (ERVCCS) projects. He currently serves as Technical Manager for the Resilience Institute for Sustainability and Environment (RISE), Liberia, where he oversees environmental impact assessments, biodiversity monitoring, ecosystem restoration, and development of environmental frameworks.Mr. Wrehyou holds an MSc in Sustainability and Climate Change (University of Wolverhampton, UK), an MSc in Petroleum and Environmental Technology (Coventry University, UK), and a BSc in Geology (University of Liberia). He has complemented these with advanced certifications from Cambridge University on the Sustainable Development and the Law, Global Biodiversity Framework and the Law, and the Paris Agreement and the Law, as well as professional training with the UN Environment Programme and UNDRR on nature-based solutions and climate resilience, and completing a NEBOSH Diploma in Environmental Management (International). His technical expertise spans climate information systems, waste-to-energy technology, forestand biodiversity monitoring, stakeholder engagement, project planning, competent with remote sensing software, and project monitoring software. He has authored peer-reviewed publications on renewable energy, including Synergizing Solar Farm into Liberia’s Energy Mix and Cultivating Electricity from Waste. Passionate about advancing sustainable development, Mr. Wrehyou bridges science, policy, and practice to deliver innovative solutions that address climate change, biodiversity loss, and energy insecurity, while fostering inclusive, community-driven resilience strategies.

Faith Emey Blapooh is a dedicated educator and human rights specialist with over a decade of extensive experience in program management, international development, gender equality, and classroom instruction. With a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and advanced dual Master’s degrees in Human Rights and Diplomacy from the University of Stirling, UK, and Statecraft and International Development from the Institute of World Politics in the United States of America. Faith’s academic expertise underpins her deep commitment to advancing the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly goals Four, Five, and Thirteen, which highlight the crucial areas of quality education, gender equality, and climate action. Ms. Blapooh career exemplifies a commitment to effecting positive change through innovative approaches and strategic initiatives. Her enthusiasm for fostering quality projects and promoting social justice drives her to engage fully with every initiative. She possesses exceptional skills in communication, capacity building, public policy development, and gender equality advocacy, allowing her to cultivate empowering workplaces that prioritize collaboration and inclusivity. Throughout her career, Ms. Blapooh has made significant contributions across pivotal sectors, including education, human rights, water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH), and national security.
